工作职责：
- 协助销售人员在东中国区对Greenliant产品的推广工作
- 负责对其区域内代理商的FAE进行培训
- 负责东中国区的客户技术支持工作
o 解答客户的技术问题
o 协助QRE部门为客户准备相关质量报告
o 协调处理客户在使用产品过程中遇到的问题
o 根据问题的现象定位其原因，为研发及生产部门提供技术参考报告
o 指导用户如何使用产品的工具软件
- 了解用户的使用模式（如磁盘分区格式，文件系统类型等）
- 了解用户软硬件系统的趋势，如软件操作系统，SOC芯片等
任职资格：
- 电子工程，计算机科学及相关专业本科及以上学历
- 2年以上电子行业技术工作经验
- 有嵌入式系统研发经验以及PATA，SATA或eMMC接口SSD知识者优先
- 有独立分析、解决复杂问题的能力；工作积极、主动
- 善于与人交流、易于沟通，有良好的团队合作精神

Job Description:
- Work with the Sales & Marketing teams for gaining a design win of the Greenliant products from the customers in East China
- Provide the technical training to the FAE in Greenliant’s sales channel(s)
- Provide the technical support to the customers in East China
o Reply to the technical question from the customers
o Prepare the quality relating document(s) to the customer by working with QRE department
o Execute the joint trouble sheeting
o Identify the cause of problem, then report the technical issue to the factory side appropriately
o Instruct the way to use our utilities
- Obtain the usage model of the customer
- Obtain the trend of the system such as OS, SoC and so on
Qualification:
- Require BS or above degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or relevant major.
- At lease 2+ years of technical experience of electronics industrial.
- Prefer experience in the field of embedded system or have the knowledge of SSD with PATA, SATA or eMMC interface.
- Ability to troubleshoot and analyze complex problems, capability to work independently and initiatively.
- Easy-going and friendly, good communication and team work capability.
