? Strong marketing insight & business sense, with good analytical skills to synthesize multiple data;
? Excellent communication and networking skills; ability to make and maintain contact from middle level to upper management of the prospective client;
? Successful leadership experience, demonstrated management experience of leading a professional team, at least 3 to 5 senior professionals;
? Demonstrated ability to effectively partner and collaborate across a broad and complex organization;
? Good English in both spoken and written;
? Bachelor degree in related field, MBA preferred;
? Willing to travel.

Minimum 10+ years business experience in international QSR/ retail companies, having good understanding of FP business;
Rich experience of domestic market/ sales in food industry;
