u 工作内容Job contents:
q 合理安排日常工作时间和程序,做好日常行政秘书工作。
Properly arrange daily work schedule, and perform general secretarial duties;
q 做好日常来客接待工作,来电转接,打印复印、传真、快递、信件、资料收发。
Do daily visitor reception works, call forwarding, printing photocopy, fax, courier, letter, send and receive data.
q 处理有关人员出差交通、机票、住宿的查询比价并咨询财务,完成预订安排相关事宜,相关票物、行程明细单,及时交于相关人员。
eals on business trip prices parity (air tickets, accommodation etc.) and consult with the financial Dept, making a reservation schedule related matters, related votes, and trip detail, handed to the relevant personnel.
q 负责主管的日常工作安排,安排主管出差并出具相应详细行程表、负责协调客户来访及日程安排、会议材料准备等

u 任职资格Qualifications:
教育背景Education Background:
税务、财务或金融、管理类相关专业本科以上学历。
Administration taxation, accounting, or finance related degree and above.
培训经历Training:
接受过行政管理、公共关系、文书写作、档案管理、财务会计知识、经济法、税法等方面的培训。
Having training experience of administration, PR, business wring, filing management and accounting knowledge economy law, revenue law and related.
工作经验Work Experience:
一年以上相关工作经验。
