岗位职责：

1、 主要负责终端客户的开发维护，能根据客户的需求完成礼品方案及合同的签订、回款、售后及回访；

2、 独立开拓新客户计划并予以实施，负责客户满意度、重要客户关系维护,负责账款回笼及费用控制；负责制定销售计划并向领导定期汇报。

3、 根据公司下达的部门业务指标，制定礼品销售部门工作计划。

4、 有至少三年礼品行业经验，有稳定客户者和管理经验者优先。

5、 完成领导交办的其他工作任务。

资历要求：

1、 具备良好的中英文沟通能力，有礼品行业销售经验和团队管理经验者。

2、 思维敏捷，善于洞察客户心理，能很好的进行新客户的开发和对原有客户的深层次挖掘。

3、 具有较强的市场开拓、分析、营销、推广能力，在本行业具有深厚客户资源。

4、 知识面广，学习能力强，善于与各类人员交流沟通。

5、 有较强的事业心，能承受较大的工作压力。
