职位描述
The right candidate is responsible for promoting quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the Group. He/she is required to setup QA Compliance objectives and to ensure that targets are achieved. Joining strength and knowledge with company partners and resources to constantly improve and update quality assurance system currently in force.
Key Responsibilities:
Setup & maintain quality assurance controls and documentation procedures;
- Define quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff;
- Writing technical and management systems reports;
- Ensuring tests and procedures are properly understood, implemented and evaluated
- Ensuring product modifications are investigated, if necessary.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assessing the product specifications of the Company and its suppliers, and comparing with customer requirements;
- Work closely with Purchasing staff to establish quality requirements for external suppliers;
- Ensuring compliance with national and international standards and legislations;
- Agreeing standards and establishing clearly defined quality methods for staff to apply;
- Identify relevant quality-related training needs and deliver training accordingly;
- Bring together staff of different disciplines & driving the group to plan, formulate and agree comprehensive quality procedures;
- Persuading reluctant staff change their way of work to incorporate quality method;
- Liaison with customers' auditors to ensure the execution of corrective actions in compliance with customers' specifications;
- Establishing standards of service for customers or clients;
- Coordinating QC schedules for each team member;
- Setup team meetings in the beginning of each week discussing weekly schedule & goals, as well as at the end of the week to summarize & define goals for next week.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree holder in Clothing/Textiles/Quality Management or related disciplines
- 15 years solid experience in garment manufacturing, in which at least 3-5 years at managerial level of quality assurance field
- Work-base in Shanghai with occasion travels within China, Myanmar, Bangladesh, Indonesia and South Eastern Asia Countries
- Excellent spoken & written English & Mandarin is a MUST;
- Stable, responsive, committed, career-focused and able to work under pressure
- Good management skills and able to communicate & coordinate amongst teams
- Good organizational skills and analytical ability
- Computer literate
