职位描述(Job Description):

1.Calculate trim quantity according to the request from garment order for contract。Efficiently follow items closely
根据公司的采购流程，计算辅料并制作合同，高效地进行采购合同的跟踪工作

2. Under merchandiser request of trim, send approval information to suppliers. Solve the problem in bulk process with merchandiser. Daily communication with suppliers and merchandisers timely and efficiently
根据业务所给辅料的品质要求，安排供应商打样批核，并把业务对大货的已经及时高效地反馈给供应商，协同业务处置生产过程中出现的问题，确保内外部沟通协调的有效性与及时性

3.Be responsible for trim bulk quality、process and lead-time.Arrange shipment to factory in Myanmar.Communicate with person in Myanmar to ensure trim quality and quantity
负责订单质量、进度及交货期的控制，安排辅料的出运到缅甸工厂，并缅甸工厂的通知核对品质及数量

4. Maintain traceability of communication with suppliers and merchandisers, Be responsible for assortment and record contract/payment
与供应商、公司内部各部门沟通的可追溯性，负责进行分类记录、整理和保持合同,付款。

任职要求（QUALIFICATION）
1.Age 25-35
年龄25-35岁

2.At least 1 year experience in sourcing / developing trims etc;
1年以上辅料开发的工作经验

3. Graduate above technical secondary school in textile industry or garment field is preferable
中专以上学历，服装或纺织专业

4.Factory base and buying office working experience will be preferred
在工厂和代表处工作经验者优先

5.Excellent negotiation / problem solving skills,Above CET-4
良好的沟通和解决问题的能力,英语4级以上

6.Capable to flexible and under pressure;
良好的适应性和抗压能力

7.Good team player with excellent communication and inter-personal skills;
有较强的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神
