Job Description
Sales Assistant

Location:Shanghai, China
Status:Salaried Position

Job profile:
This is an entry-to-middle level job for a dynamic and enthusiastic person to join our team.
In this role you'll be mainly responsible for:
- Conduct project management for online research projects effectively according to project schedule
- Discuss problems with sales manager in time
- Independently handle invoicing
- Assist sales manager with quotation and other supporting work as well as internal request as required
- Coordinate between project team members
- Shares local insight on the Chinese market with other members of the Sales Team in Manila, Tokyo, Seoul and LA and helps them understand the Chinese consumer as Market-Research Professionals.
- Functions as a cooperative and active member of weekly Sales meetings.
- Completes other administrative work as required and acts as a key-part of a small office.

Your profile:
- A responsible, detail-oriented and deadline-driven individual preferred with market research industry experience or sales knowledge;
- Strong execution in work list;
- Good team work and communication skill
- Able to perform in a multi-task environment;
- Language: Effective in English and Chinese, read, oral & written;
- Business software: practiced in MS Office;
- Academic background: Bachelor and above;
