工作职责：
1、负责转接公司总机电话和日常的接待工作；
2、负责公司快递、传真的收发，每月汇总至公司指定人员处；
3、协助行政助理完成日常办公用品的入库、发放和管理；
4、负责会议室预订、管理与简单公文处理工作；
5、每月协助完成考勤、各类行政费用等文档的统计工作；
6、必要时协助部门总监处理相关日常办公事务；
7、做好公司内机密文件的及时处理；
8、做好每日下班时与晚间值班人员之间的相关工作交接；
9、做好日常饮用水的统计、预订；
10、对于日常办公环境的检查与维护；
11、做好公司内打印机、复印机的维护。

任职资格：
1、形象好，气质佳，在读学生或应届毕业生；
2、有前台工作经验优先考虑；
3、耐心细致、工作勤奋，责任心强；
3、良好的中英文沟通能力，服务意识强和团队协作精神。
