工作职责：
1、客户服务：
与客户保持良好沟通，充分理解客户的需求；从各种渠道收集、研究相关的信息，并报告给客户总监以助决策；努力了解客户的商业目的及产品，理解公司的政策和目标，从而更有效地与客户沟通
2、项目管理：
分析和传达客户的旨意及需要，并将客户需求准确传达给创意策划部,媒体部,艺人部以及其他支持部门，跟进整体项目活动；根据客户需求与创意部共同完成方案制定，撰写各类策略及策划方案，向客户阐述方案；监督项目各项工作实施及控制成本；与各个媒体及外部机构进行积极沟通，保证项目的顺利执行
3、人员管理：
带领客服团队实现业务目标；管理小组员工的日常工作，实施在职培训，并对员工的工作绩效实施指导和管理；协助其他部门，监督和检查部门员工培训计划的完成情况


岗位要求：

1、有较强业务谈判能力, 沟通能力强 (男生优先考虑)
2、有独立撰写中英文公关活动策略及执行方案能力
3、至少3-5 年公关公司相关客户服务经验, 服务过时尚生活类, 快消类 , 奢侈品类等相关客户优先考虑
4、至少3年以上公关活动项目执行经验,可独立带领团队完成项目.
5、可独立完成预算制定及成本控制,具备较强供应商谈判能力.
6、语言要求:较强中文表达能力, 流利英文, 有英文6级及等同证书优先考虑
7、具有较强的团队沟通协调能力, 有积极的团队合作精神.
