工作职责：

？ 通过尽可能深地了解客户的商业目的和产品知识，赢得客户的认同，并提供相应的专业观点和解决方案；

？ 了解客户需求，正确理解客户的营销目的，与客户各地分公司培训部门沟通落实相关培训事宜，为客户提供专业、高效、高质量的培训计划；

？ 产品培训计划的拟定，执行及统筹监督：

？ 日常开展公司内部定期的相关产品知识及活动执行管理方面的培训；

？ 开展培训需求调研，有效改进教学技巧；

？ 从各种渠道收集、研究相关的市场信息，包括竞品活动及产品最新动态信息；

？ 制作工作月报并跟进项目进度；在项目完结时制作详细的培训分析报告；

？ 完成供应商人员资料库的数据收集及整理。

任职资格：


？ 大学以上学历，3年以上培训工作经验，有摄影器材类培训经验者优先；
？ 30岁左右，男性
？ 市场营销学、师范类相关专业优先
？ 具备一定的摄影基础，爱好摄影
？ 专业化、规范化的沟通表达及培训表述能力；
？ 优秀的客户沟通及客户服务意识和能力；
？ 经培训，能快速熟练掌握客户产品知识和卖点，并熟练操作演练；
？ 能根据需求，拟定合理的针对性的项目培训计划和方案；
？ 有丰富的现场授课经验及课件制作能力；
？ 良好的逻辑思维组织能力、临场应变及决策能力；
？ 熟练使用MS软件，特别是PPT；
