JOB SUMMARY 工作简述
A baker assistant is under supervision of the bakers and of the Master Baker. He assists bakers for the making of a wide range of breads and other baked goods. He also assists the bakers in all needed tasks.
面包师助理的汇报对象是面包师和面包主厨，其职责是辅助面包师制作各种面包以及烘焙食物，同时也要协助处理其他必须的任务。
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 基本职责
? Measuring and mixing ingredients into dough according to recipes
按照食谱要求称量并混合各种原料，制作生面团
? Preparing, rolling / cutting / shaping the dough according to the specifications of the recipe
按照食谱要求准备、揉搓生面团，切割成需要的形状
? Baking the shaped dough and, if applicable, decorating the final product
烘焙已切割好的生面团，若有需要，还需进行最后的装饰工作
? Constantly checking that the correct quantities are being produced for each order
制作过程中不断检查，确保每个产品的质量达到要求
? Using exact measurements and paying strict attention to timing
精确称量原料重量，严格注意烘焙时间
? Placing dough in pans, molds, or on sheets and baking in oven. Observing products while baking and adjusting controls
将生面团放在盘子上、模具里或者薄片上，放进烤箱烘焙。时刻关注烘焙情况，并进行调整
? Mixing icings and other toppings and decorating cakes, pastries, and other baked goods
制作糖衣和其他装饰配料，装饰蛋糕、糕点和其他烘焙食品
? Using a variety of kitchen tools, including electric mixers, pans, rolling pins, and cutting tools
工作中需要使用到各种不同的厨具，包括：电动搅拌器、盘子、擀面杖和各类切割工具
? Controls stock and makes sure that a proper level of stock (ingredients, raw materials) is maintained at all time (as per minimum level of stock decided)

? Ensures the purchase of ingredients after validation of the Master Baker
在经过面包主厨确认之后，跟进确保各项原料的采购顺利完成
? Ensuring cleanliness of equipment and area

? Previous experience in bakery

? Sound knowledge of hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen, and the discipline to enforce those standards

? Good communication skill, team work spirit and responsible
