要求： 1、2年以上MySQL DBA相关工作经验 2、熟悉数据库理论，熟悉数据库模型设计，包括逻辑设计和物理设计 3、熟悉MySQL数据库的设计、操作、调优，能根据项目需求设计出良好结构的数据库 4、有丰富的SQL经验，熟练编写MySQL下的存储过程，能与程序员进行良好的沟通、协调，设计出合理的系统结构。精通MySQL的各种性能调优技术 5、精通MySQL集群管理，对Replication、Cluster、Partitioning、Sharding等技术有深入了解和实际经验 6、为研发人员SQL编程提供指导咨询,并进行培训 7、熟练使用linux/unix操作系统； 熟悉linux脚本，有使用脚本语言编程的工作经验。 8、制定和改进应急预案、策略和相关规范，提高服务运维质量。 9、具有高度的工作责任心和敬业精神，具有良好的团队合作精神和沟通技巧 Job Description: Database Engineer / Administrator Responsibility: Be responsible for MySQL system database installation, commissioning, backup, disaster recovery, and other maintenance work. Prividing counseling and training of SQL programming guidance for developer. 7. Skilled use of linux/unix operating system; familiar with Linux script and script language programming experience 8. Making emergency plan, strategy and the related rules for development and improvement, which improve the quality of service operation. 9. High degree of responsibility and professionalism for working, good team work spirit and communication skill.
