Job Description
Title: Sales Engineer
Location: Shanghai
Froude Hofmann designs, manufactures and supplies an extensive range of engine testing systems in the automotive, aerospace, marine and industrial markets. Our test systems consist of a variety of engine & chassis dynamometers and high technology control and data acquisition software, along with test stands and ancilliary equipment for the test cell. Essential responsibilities(including but not limited to):
? Expand Froude Hofmann’s market share (including vehicle engine testing/monitoring system and after-sales service for existed products) in China,
? Communicate timely and effectively with UK colleagues and customers to promote the winning of offer,
? Conduct personally activities to explore potential customers and keep polite contact with them,
? Coordinate the implementation of technical and commercial offers
? Create and track until completion all customer orders according to the data given by the customers,
? Ensure invoicing and payment in cooperation with the Accounting Function
? Prepare and translate sale proposal and bidding document according to projects
Requirements:
o The following is a must:
? Excellent English especially in oral,
? Excellent presentation and communication skills,
? Open minded,
? Adapt to changing environment quickly,
? A very fast self-learner,
? Extroversion
o The following is necessary:
? At least B.S. degree in Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Thermal energy or Power Engineering.
? Five years experience in sales/marketing, after-sales, R & D, product development in an industrial environment,
? Results orientated
o The following will be a plus:
? Human network in Automobile industry,
? Human network with subcontractors for Automobile companies.
