Mission任务:

- Create high quality in game animation and in game cut scenes for AAA titles. Deliver a high ended quality on each step of the production, including tracking, retargeting, animation polish and integration.

- 参与3A级项目，高质量的游戏动画或过场动画的制作。能够在动画所涉及的每一步提供高质量的数据，包括数据处理，设定，修正，和导入游戏。

Requirements要求:

- Good key frame animation base有很好的手K动画功底;

- Have good character skeleton setup knowledge有角色骨骼设定的经验.

- Use 3d software as Max, Maya, Motion builder. 有3D软件的操作经验。

- Good artistic senses and knowledge on cinematographic, such as camera setting, storyboarding, etc;很好的审美功底，学习过影视方面的知识，如分镜学，脚本学等。

- A good team player and communicate with people with different job family openly.是一个很好的组员，能够很好的跟所有同事沟通。

- Complete the task to specifications and manage time efficiently.能够高效地完成指认的工作，很好的安排自己的时间。

- Good learn ability， looking for improvements consistently.有很好的学习能力，并要求自己不断提高。

Desired Skills/Extras附加:

- Working knowledge of Blade Scripting, Max Script, MEL script, Python有一些脚本方面的尝试。

- 2+ year of professional game industry experience.2年以上游戏行业的工作经验。

- English oral and writing ability.会一些英语
