Job Description

1.处理员工关系工作，收集员工意见并处理投诉，进行敬业度调查及分析

2.负责离职员工的电话回访及统计分析；

3.负责对新入职员工进行沟通与关怀；

4.负责公司活动具体方案的制订及组织实施；

5.协助公司各类文体及员工关怀活动的策划及实施

6.协助建立并完善公司的内部沟通渠道3

7.负责协助本地各种文化项目的推广及实施

Job Requirement:
1.本科学历及以上学历，人力资源及相关专业优先；

2.5年以上在大型制造企业内部沟通或文化宣传版块相关工作经验；

3.性格开朗外向，从容大方，良好的心理素质和修养；

4.熟悉劳动合同法及相关地方性法律法规；

5.良好的人际沟通技能及语言表达及抗压能力；

6.英语听说读写熟练。

Job Description

1. Be responsibility for handle employee relation, collect to staff opinion and deal with complain, staff survey analysis.

2. Be responsibility for interview with dismission staff

3. Be responsibility for communicate to new hire and show solicitude.

4. Be responsibility for plan to company’s activity proposal and implement.

5. Be assist to the kinds of staff activity.

6. Be responsibility for built up inside communication channel.

7. Be responsibility for coordinate and develop to local activity and implement.

Job Requirement:
1. Bachelor Degree or above, Human Resource are preferred

2. 5 years large manufacturing enterprise internal communication or corporate culture public experience

3. Outgoing personality, generous, good psychological quality and accomplishment

4. Familiar with labor contract law and other location law policy

5. Good interpersonal relation skill, language and under the pressure

6. Excellent to English skill including to listen, oral, read, write.
