职位描述
Resbonsibility:
1. For serial raw materials payment, receive invoice from supplier directly, and match the invoice in SAP , any discrepany must refund & inform purchase department immediately.
2. Book keeping in SAP for all incoming invoice, check price/quantity difference with EBP/Contract/PO, if there's any query must communicate with logistics and purchasing department immediately.
3. Arrange payment based on payment term and clearing account payable on time.
4. Create & maintain SAP data for new vendors regarding FI area.
5. Customs declaration match and declare the foreign currency payments which include prepayment in SAFE system.
6. Prepare supporting documents for non-trade payment
7. Monthly intercompany reconciliation and finish AR/AP template in time.
8. Verification for output VAT
9. Payment forecast update
10. Other tasks assigned by leader
Experience Needed:
1. Degree in accountancy or equivalent. At least 3 years of relevant experience in a computerized accounting environment
2. Good analytical & strategic skills.
3. Able to cope with pressure and tight deadlines.
4. A good team player with attention to details.
