Responsibilities:

·Effectively develop new customers and opportunities and develop an appropriate sales strategy in order to make a successful sale;

· Understand customer needs and assists in the development of project solutions that satisfy those requirements and provide opportunities for the company;

· Assist with the development and execution of strategic sales and marketing plans;

· Works to establish and achieve relevant objectives;

· Acts as a focal point for resolution of related issues;

· Performs other duties as assigned.

Competencies required:

· University graduate or above;

· Technical background in plastic packaging industry ( preferred);

· At least 5 years working experience in related area;

· Excellent interpersonal skills;

·Proven track record in managing and negotiating complex service based contracts;

· Effective internal/external networking;

· Excellent written and verbal communication;

· Good in English communication and presentation;

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team;

· Project execution experience is a plus;

· Planning and organization skills;

· High level of integrity and business ethics;

· Accountability;

· Motivated and tenacious;

· Results and goal oriented.

一、主要工作职责：
1．负责从事新业务的市场分析，行业分析，竞争对手的分析以及战略规划等业务；

2．积极参与市场调查，了解市场动向，保证新客户新产品开发；

3．完成公司下达的年度新产品开发的目标、新客户拓展的目标；

4．全面负责新业务、新客户、新领域的联络，报价、商务谈判，组织协调部门的内外工作，确保部门与部门之间的信息沟通；

5．负责公司新产品开发策划工作，确保新产品开发正常、顺利；

6．负责与顾客经常保持联络，及时消除销售工作的不利隐患；同时掌握顾客信息动态，及时汇报公司领导决策。

二、任职要求
1.市场营销或理工科专业本科学历；

2.有丰富的吹塑、注塑类工业品市场开发、分析、拓展经验；3年业务开发主管工作经验；

3.流利的英语听、说、读、写能力，熟练使用办公自动化软件；

4.较强的沟通协调能力、良好的商务谈判能力。
