职位描述
岗位职责：
1、 质量部门的建设与管理，制订并完善部门规章制度，规范质量工作流程并监督实施。
2、 负责质量体系文件的制定、完善与管理。主导质量手册、程序文件、本部门文件和公司内部质量记录表单的管理。协助相关部门及时完成体系文件的编写、修订工作，确保文件适用有效，健全质量保证体系。
3、 负责质量体系运行的管理与认证维护。
4、 质量标准的制定与评审，负责组织与产品质量有关的（原料/包装/产品）检验标准、检验方法和操作规范的编制、修订与审核。
5、 参与新产品开发质量策划：新产品的设计、验证和确认工作，组织完成产品上市前的备案资料准备及样品送检工作；
6、 与政府相关部门和官员建立良好的工作关系，组织完成卫生许可证、生产许可证、环境许可等证件的认证、取证、审核、年检和增项工作。
7、 负责监控制造、灌装、包装等加工工序的生产过程质量，评估质量控制的有效性。
8、 处理与质量相关的异常情况，完善监控措施，提升质量监控的水平。
岗位要求：
1、有5年以上日化、洗涤、化妆品等相关工作经验，有质量保证和质量检验的经验者优先；
2、熟悉ISO9000质量管理体系；了解ISO9000质量体系在企业的运作方法；
3、了解产品工艺流程，熟悉运用质量管理工具及方法，如6sigma等；
4、工作认真负责，严谨细致，有较强的分析解决问题能力；
5、能独立编写生产行业“标准化”文件者优先考虑；
