职位描述
从业经验：渠道、营销工作10年以上，5年以上管理经验，了解同行业发展，行业竞争状况；
1、有日用品或快消品销售、管理经验。
2、有kA渠道、经销商的销售渠道、人脉广泛。
3、有良好的沟通协调能力，并且有能力带领团队开发新客户。
4、有团队管理能力：能够将企业的业宗旨、愿景、使命、管理制度和经营目标准确执行，并能协助领导带领团队高质、高效完成销售任务；
岗位职责：
1、参与公司销售战略研究，根据公司经营战略目标，提供公司年度经营方案和销售提案，制订营销工作方针、政策，提供公司内部营销管理改进方案，并贯彻实施；
2、收集有关市场信息，分析内、外环境，确定目标市场，收集分析竞争对象信息，制订公司竞争策略并组织实施；组织产品的定位及开发；
3、有独立的销售渠道，具有良好的市场拓展能力维持、开拓销售渠道，不断扩大公司产品市场份额；
4、销售团队的管理，团队业绩督促及绩效考核的评定；
5、销售队伍的建设与培养等。
6、完成公司年度营销目标以及其他任务；
