Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Job Description:
? Handle Chinese business visa requests from various offices, and handle the work visa process.
? Process the travel requests, primarily book flight and hotel reservations
? Track all bookings in the global tracker
? Process all Shanghai employees health insurance expense reimbursements
? Manage account payable for the Shanghai office and ensure all payments are processed
? Manage the day-to-day office needs that arise during the normal course of business
? Manage US cellphone and Shanghai’s
? Maintain office environment clean and tidy
? Monitor the office supply levels and purchase new supplies when required (includes restocking the refrigerator )
? Assist with contacting new vendors when required to obtain relevant pricing for new services that may be required
? Orders office equipment when required
? Order car service when required
? All other duties as assigned by management
? Order team lunches and assist with scheduling office lunch, birthday party, or off-site team building events
Requirement:
? College degree or above
? 1-2 years of associated work experience in multinational company in China
? Good command of both spoken and written English
? Proficient in Microsoft Office
? Professional appearance, team player with pleasant manner, diligent with good organization ability
? Pro High responsibility/Strong capacity in communication and coordination/Be good at analyses and solve problems cases effective interpersonal, communication and coordination skills
? Good attitude and ability to cope with frequent changes in a positive way
? Mature, intelligent, energetic and trustworthy
