Job Description/职位描述：

· Drive products an procees modifications according to development made in France (follow up, meeting…)

根据法国工艺流程的最新更新，对车间的生产工艺进行相应的调整（跟踪，会议等）

· Industrialization plan follow up (weekly kaisen meeting / projects coordination with other department)

生产计划的跟踪（每周的生产例会及和其他部门的项目协调）

· All process engineering related documentations (DFC, BOM…)

处理所有和生产工艺有关的文件（DFC,BOM…）

· Kaizen/Lean Manufacturing trainer, Training to Chinese operator, workstation audit

负责指导生产培训，培训中方操作工，检查各个生产线。

· Training pole implementation

培训改善

· Process definition and implementation

生产流程的制订和改进

· Process Quality improvement

生产质量的提高

Profile/职位要求：

Language : Chinese with excellent English

语言：中英文熟练

Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanic/Production/Process)

工程学士（机械/生产/加工工艺）

Experience in Process Engineering in foreign/western companies

拥有在外资/西方公司生产工艺工程的经验

Team work ability is a must

必须具备团队合作精神

Individual with potential to make his own place in the Process Dpt

在生产工艺方面拥有独当一面的经验或潜质

Willing for senior profile

有丰富的相关工作经验

Computer knowledge : Office Word, Excel, Power Point

计算机技能： 熟练使用微软办公软件
