工作职责：

Job responsibilities:

1、 为外籍客户提供高档房产（住宅、别墅、商铺、办公房或一手代理）的买卖和租赁服务，属销售服务类工作；

Provide Foreigners with consultant for leasing, buying and selling top class real estate.(including villa, courtyard, old garden house, office space and industrial space)

2、 负责外籍客户的接待、咨询工作，为明星提供优秀的置业咨询服务；

Be Responsible for reception, consulting work for foreign customers, and even special relocation consultation for movie stars.

3、 了解外籍客户需求，提供合适房源，进行商务谈判；

Get to know the demands of foreign customers ; provide with appropriate houses and negotiate to sign the contract.

4、 陪同外籍客户看房，促成房屋买卖租赁业务成交；

Accompany foreigners to check houses, and bring about success of the leasing deal.

5、 负责业务跟进及外籍客户的房屋过户手续办理等服务工作；

Follow-up services and help foreign clients to finish the housing transfer procedure;

任职资格：

Job qualification

1.英文口语和笔译精通，大学以上学历，21-35岁，男女不限。

good at English translation and oral English ; Above college education; age range from 21~35; no limitation at gender.

2.开朗、坚韧，具有很强的学习能力，

Optimistic, tenacious, strong learning ability

3.形象气质佳，具备良好的沟通能力。

Nice characteristics and good communication skills.

4.有很好的客户服务意识

Have a good sense of customer service

薪资待遇：

Warfare benefits:

1、基本工资2500-4500+绩效+高提成(10%-35%)+其他奖励 (平均5000左右)

base wage2500~4500 + performance + royalty(10%-35%) + other benefits ( 5000RMB average)
