Assist Finance Manager to
? Work closely with respective business and finance teams in region, and corporate ICG and corporate audit to assist in driving and maintaining an effictive control environment for APAC region;
? Support APAC entities comply with group policies and SOX guideline by setting proper local policies and internal controls;
? Provide support to business and finance team for compliance and governance;
? Support and manage SOX audit and other internal audit, follow up audit findings and remediation plans;
? Assist APAC CAO in world class finance & process organization to support overall missions to develop, maintain and implement world class processed and procedures regarding controlling.
Responsible to
? compliance and governance of APAC entities;
? assist in SOX audit and other internal audit and remediation actions;
? assist in work class finance & process organization for multiple missions and projects for APAC
? ad hoc projects
Job Requirements:
? Functionality Skills and Technical skills
? Has good sense to identify key risks in daily operations;
? Has good capability to resolve issues and make remediation plans in developing internal control points;
? Be familiar with SOX requirements and testing methodology for core business processes;
? Mgt and Leadership Skills
? Good organization and management skills to lead an internal control related project;
? Good coaching skills to share information and educate people
? Experience and education
? Bachelor degree or above;
? Be familiar with US GAAP and SOX compliance requirements;
? Has full experience in internal control groups or relevant area;
? Personal Traits
? Excellent communication and presentation skills in English;
? Good team player with cheerful and proactive attitudes;
? Be positive under pressure and over time working to deal with different countries and people in different time zone;
