Objective of Job:
1.SAP system work: order creation, order follow-up, order rejection, goods allocation.
2.Dealer query on logistic status; CIQ VIN registration, file/contract archive; document sending for signature & chop; currier sending/receiving.
3.Reporting & analyzing work: run report from SAP in a regular basis, basic analyzing per requested.
4.Finance tracking work: document creation (Purchase Request & Payment Request), status tracking and archive.
Qualifications:
1.Skills - General Skills
Excellent communication, good follow up, careful & patient on system work.
Good reading and written English
2.Experience and education
College degree required (Bachelors degree) or above.
Experience in internship within office environment. Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
SAP system experience
3.Need to work at least 4 days a week,6 months guaranteed.
Location:长宁区红宝石路500号东银中心西2楼
