ReportingStructure Finance Manager
Qualifications
? University degree in accounting, finance, or related fields, an accounting designation or near completion definitely a plus.
? 5 years or above experience in foreign invested company in China. An automotive industrial experience is preferred
? 3years’ experience with R&D cost analysis and control is preferred.
? Knowledge of SAP system and WBS is preferred
? Must be able to communicate fluently in both written and spoken Chinese as well as English，
? Good communication and organizational skills
? Strong computer application skills (Excel) and good at all office software.
? Excellent initiative & interpersonal skills
Duties and Responsibilities
？Assist Finance Manager to
? Analyze in detail and understand budget and expectations for future results and prepare each year’s business plan on financial aspect
? Analyze monthly and quarterly results and understand variances from budget, recent trends, YTD etc.
Monitor divisional compliance to finance policies and implement changes where required
? Prepare financial reports
Prepare year-end financial statements and notes
? Develop comprehensive knowledge of each department results of operations and a full understanding of all issues affecting the results of operations
? Develop engineering quotation, cost tracking model and maintain and update the model
? Prepare and review all detailed sales summaries on bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly bases and prepare forecasting
? Provide feedback on program spending update to make sure that program spending stay within budget and spending plan.
Responsible to
? Support to prepare engineering quotation working with different function groups
? Track and analyze the department weekly expenses and working hours
? Work with accounting team to make sure the cross-division charge is accurate and reconcilable.
? Monitor and analyze costto make sure cost items are properly booked and the allocation is correct
? Analyze the variance between actual and FCST/ Budget, Issue variable reports on time,
? find root cause for the large variance and come up the action plan and recommendation to help program manager or department manager to make improvement
? Maintain up-to-date sales report (weekly and monthly), coordinate quotation activities, provide quotation required information.
? Maintain and update documents.
? Work independently, set own pace and schedule, adhering to financial deadlines and divisional needs
? Accept the ISO14001 Environment system training. Familiar to hazard communication procedure and comply with the requirement of the procedure.
? Observes standards for safe working conditions as outlined in the applicable Chinese regulatory act as well as rules and regulations outlined in the employee handbook.
? Other projects/duties as assigned by the Finance Manager
