Objective of Job:
Manage progress of vehicle and program level activities.
Qualifications:
Skills - General Skills
Background in Automotive (5+ years).
Experience with multiple disciplines; part/system design, vehicle development & launch, supplier interface, etc.
Functionality Skills and Technical skills
Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Project or other timeline formats
Ability to problem solve both technical and commercial issues
Mgt and Leadership Skills
Ability to lead people and change by acting quickly and decisively;
maintaining a high level of communication at all levels with clear and decisive thinking;
maintaining accountibility for yourself and others; and be willing to make the tough decisions."
Experience and education
Bachelors Degree (Engineering or Technical) required
Masters Degree preferred
Personal Traits
Good Communicator; Ability to work with and lead teams
Good Problem Solving Skills
Task description:
