Objective of job:
?ICT engineer is responsible for Powertrain Jiading users Helpdesk support, server and network administration, Teamcenter and other system first level support and troubleshooting.
Task description:
?Helpdesk service to end users
?Provide IT training and other daily support to users.
?Administer, maintain and manage servers and network devices.
?Manage IT hardware and software inventory, ensure full compliance with company IT policies and standards.
?Work with team for engineering system implementation and projects.
?Work with global IT colleagues to deliver quality IT services and processes to business.
Qualifications:
Experience and Education
?Bachelor of computer science or related, 4-year work experience as IT professional.
Skills - General Skills
?Excellent in both verbal and written English
?Strong desire to meet the business requirements
Functionality Skills and Technical skills
?Skills and knowledge to manage and maintain Windows server, Cisco switches and firewalls
?Skills to manage Vmware ESX and EMC/HP storage
Management and Leadership Skills
?Adapt to new work environment quickly
?Learn new knowledge quickly
