1，负责公司呼叫中心的人员安排及相关工作。

1、接听所有来电，转接电话；

2、根据客户需求做好点餐记录并下单；

3、解决突发事件

4，有团队意识，带领好呼叫中心的人员



任职资格
1，英文口语熟练

2、大专以上学历；

3、熟悉总机接线员工作程序优先；

4、服务意识强，有耐心，有团队合作精神，良好的沟通能力、表达能力和分析判断能力、应变能力；

5、声音甜美，口齿清晰。
