Key Responsibilities

1. Provide or take lead role to provide timely resolution of manufacturing process/product problems to maintain smooth flow of production.

2. Compile work instructions and perform training to operators. Ensure the manufacturing to follow related workmanship standards.

3. Improve processes applying lean/6 sigma techniques and others engineering principles

4. Identify and implement manufacturing cost reductions and productivity improvements

5. Research, develop and document new and existing manufacturing processes.

6. Layout of new production lines including material flow patterns.

7. Support the growth of the facility by leading seamless new product introduction or transfer of products from other facilities into the Shanghai facility.

8. Ensure seamless implementation of engineering change.

9. Identify and pursue product design changes to improve manufacturability based on engineering knowledge

10. Assist with procurement of manufacturing equipment, supplies, or materials

11. Apply continuous improvement techniques to processes involving customers and suppliers

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS / WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering or other related technical degree

2. English language ability, such as spoken and writing is required

3. Minimum three years of manufacturing engineering experience in a Multi-national company

4. Demonstrated record of technical and business competence, interpersonal skills, leadership ability and a strong desire for a career in manufacturing or operations

5. Be familiar with Microsoft office , Microsoft project, Auto CAD software.
