Job Responsibility:

Understand production contents and ensure best use of production resources;

Release work order according to sale order and stock status;

Follow up each line to ensure WO executed to meet customer needs and inventory needs;

Update production capacity periodically and keep related functions updated;

Highlight any risk impacts OTD in terms of material, tooling, machine, manpower etc.;

Participate safety stock and Kanban setup;

Ensure data entry on time with high degree of accuracy;

Maintain production scheduling to ensure WO adjusted by demands fluctuation;

Report and follow up any WO completion discrepancies;

Participate VSM meeting weekly and monitor LEAN related actions;

Review and respond to Inter/intra customer inquiries with support and direct involvement from purchasing, planning, operation, warehouse, QA and finance;

Provide timely Inter/intra sales order entry and update, base on documented customer requests.

Coordinate related work with purchasing, import & export, warehouse for on-time Inter/intra order delivery;

Perform other related tasks assign by superior;

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree;

Over 5 years experience in production planning, knowledge of calculation of capacity & load;

Familiar with MRP, BOM, production routing etc.;

Strong interpersonal skills with cross functions;

Good analytical and problem solving skills;

English skills both in written and oral;

Experience in electrical or related industries preferred;

Quick learner and good team player;

Familiar with office software, include outlook, excel, word, powerpoint;

Able to deal with complicated work under pressure;
