职位描述
Major Tasks & Activities主要工作责任:
1) To develop and formulate business development strategy in compliance with the company business strategy.
2) To ensure the execution of commercial programs are in conformity with meeting and exceeding the projected sales targets and other business objectives on revenue, profitability and sales growth.
3) To review different market segments, identify and execute on market opportunities, carry out proper analysis on the sales data, to figure out the better way to develop an effective sales strategy.
4) To increase market share in existing markets and maximize new business development opportunities in export market.
5) To maintain the current customer relations and explore the new sales channel and target customers in export market.
6) To lead, train, motivate and grow an effective sales force to strive and drive for optimal results.
7) Contribute to the OSI China FP strategies and work with other function leaders closely to execute the overall OSI China strategies.
Education & Working Experience 教育及工作经验:
n Bachelor degree or above in Sales/Commercial/Food science/Veterinarian or related major, MBA strongly preferred.
n Above 8 years sales experience in food industries with a minimum of 5 years at managerial level.
n Successful sales and new business development track record in China and overseas food market, solid export commercial experience required.
Education & Working Experience 教育及工作经验:
n Bachelor degree or above in Sales/Commercial/Food science/Veterinarian or related major, MBA strongly preferred.
n Above 8 years sales experience in food industries with a minimum of 5 years at managerial level.
n Successful sales and new business development track record in China and overseas food market, solid export commercial experience required.
Special Knowledge专业知识:
1 Strong commercial sense. Export and foreign trade process and knowledge is a must.
2 Deep understanding of Chinese food markets and Chinese food industries. Understanding of the rest of Asian food markets and food industries is preferred.

1 Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
2 Strong data analytical and problem shooting skills.
3 Able to develop a strong sales team and motivate them with diverse skills.
4 Strong willingness to learn.
5 Creative in developing new business opportunities.

7 Aggressive in challenging market, result-oriented, self-motivated and willing to work hard under high pressure.
n Good English both in speaking and writing.
