职位职责:
1、全面负责B2B/B2C电子商务的运营及管理工作，开发在各大网上电商业务开拓。
2、根据公司的战略目标，制定电子商务B2B、B2C整体运营计划方案，搭建电子商务平台，执行电子商务项目；
3、负责公司电子商务发展战略规划，制定电子商务市场等运营规划，提出电子商务的市场推广、网络品牌、促销活动策划、VIP营销、公共关系等方面的具体方向和实施方案；

4、对公司所有商品进行运、包括货品管理、陈列管理、促销管理、价格管理等等；
5、负责团队建设、部门人员的管理与培训，制订B2B、B2C电子商务的各项工作流程体系，协调各部门与电子商务平台的合作，提高部门运作效率；
6、不断完善电子商务平台运营管理，稳步提高销售业绩，提升公司品牌知名度。指导、审核项目总体技术方案，对各项目进行最后的质量评估。
7、负责团队建设，人才梯队培养，营造创新的研发文化。

职位要求：
1、本科以上学历，英文六级以上水平，听说写流利；
2、三年以上在电子商务领域的相关工作经验，两年以上成功的电子商务（包括B2B、B2C、C2C等业务）运营经理工作经验，精通网络营销，有有机食品网络销售经验优先；

3、熟悉电子商务的运营环境、B2B、B2C制定的交易规则、B2C的推广、B2C网站广告资源及其他所有后台操作，精通电子商务营销，熟悉外贸B2C网会员的购物习惯和购物心理；

4、能独立组织网站的整体开发和推广工作； 精通电子商务网站和相关产品的组织架构；

5、有团队合作精神和领导能力，性格开朗，责任心强，为人诚信正直，有耐心，具备较强的服务意识和良好的人际沟通、协调能力，抗压能力强，能够适应高效率的工作环境；
6、有成功案例、广泛的网络媒体人脉关系或独立的B2B、B2C网站运营经验者优先。
