Main Responsibilities/岗位具体职责:

1.代表公司驻平台供方仓库工作，监督管理出口平台操作，确保其操作符合公司要求；
Working in the cooperated warehouse on behalf of our company, supervising the platform daily operation in accordance with our company’s regulation.
2.对公司出口货物的包装进行审核和监督；
Checking and supervising the export package.
3.对日常的平台出口操作进度进行及时跟踪及反馈，保证出口货物的按时清关及出货；
Tracking and feed backing the process of daily export operation in platform; making sure of the customs clearance and delivery on time.
4.出口货物配箱；
Proposal for container loading
5.协调解决现场的仓库收货/卸货/装箱/出货等过程中出现的异常及紧急情况；
Handling the incidents occurred in the process of material receiving, unloading, loading, delivery.
6.与公司出口人员、仓库及包装人员建立并保持良好的沟通；
Keep good relationship and communication with export specialists, warehouse and packing staff.
7.制作平台仓库出口货物各项出口报表和各项数据统计；
Making export reports and statistics of platform.

Requirements/候选者资格要求:
1.大专以上学历，物流或贸易类相关专业；
Associated degree or above, major in logistics or trading.
2.三年物流工作从业经验，有物流行业现场操作经验优先；
Three years experience in logistics, field work experience in logistics is preferred.
3.熟悉出口货物操作流程及集装箱配载；
Be familiar with the export operation and container loading.
4. 身体健康、诚实守信，能吃苦耐劳并具有高度责任心；
Be healthy and honest. Be diligent and responsible.
5. 沟通表达能力优秀，具备较好的组织协调能力；
Good ability of communication and coordination.
6. 工作积极主动，服从领导工作安排；
Be enthusiastic and obey the leader’s arrangement.
7. 熟练使用办公软件，掌握基本的数据统计和报表常识；
Skill in Microsoft and mastering the basic knowledge statistic and report.
