职位职能: 首席执行官CEO/总裁/总经理
职位描述:
高端星级酒店 总经理

岗位职责：
负责酒店开业前期准备与经营管理；
负责酒店机构与人员编制、经营预决算、营销收入与利润指标的实现；
督促工程设备设施与安保管理工作；
负责酒店与外界的公共关系与营销推广。

任职要求：
1 具有良好的品德、健康的体能和心理；
2 于国际酒店行业至少3年以上知名五星级酒店总经理以上职务任职经历；
3 熟悉国际酒店连锁经营和管理业务，熟知酒店日常运行标准与服务规范。熟悉国内外酒店集团运作模式，有较丰富的行业内人脉关系；
4 具有较强领导能力、判断和决策能力、公关能力，良好的沟通协调能力、商务谈判能力；
5 具有良好的职业道德操守和敬业精神，对企业有强烈的责任感和归属感；
6 具有新酒店筹备开业 经验、能熟练使用英语进行文字和口头交流者优先考虑。

High-end star hotel General manager Responsibilities:

Requirements:
