DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Understand completely all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines and training programs.

2.Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly and courteous service at all times.

3.Ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to the restaurant’s recipes, portioning, cooking and serving standards.

4.Control cash and other receipts by adhering to cash handling and reconciliation procedures in accordance with restaurant policies and procedures.

5.Ensure that all products are received in correct unit count and condition and deliveries are performed in accordance with the restaurant’s receiving policies and procedures.

6.Oversee and ensure that restaurant policies on employee performance appraisals are followed and completed on a timely basis.

7.Strictly control stock, orders, deliveries and follow inventory procedures in physical count, sales and products reporting and stock movements. Investigate and take corrective measures in any stock discrepancy.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1.Young and dynamic.
2.Be able to communicate and understand perfectly in English. (Mandarin) & another language are an asset..
3.At least 2 years experience in F&B industry.
4.Strong sales skills (at ease with customers)
5.Able to take initiatives.

上海安利胜餐饮管理有限公司成立于2005年。迄今为止， 在上海、北京两地已开设多家Enoterra西餐厅/红酒吧及红酒精品店。现因业务发展，急需招募多名西餐厅管理及服务人员，公司将提供：
