Main Responsibilities:

1,Carry out responsibilities and work standards of materials department,coordinate with prouduction,warehouse,finance,QC

2,Arrange purchase according to national standard,industrial standard,company standand,and the prouduction demand

3,Responsible for assessment of main suppliers credibility in terms of quality,price,delivery and service

4,Conduct regular check on raw materials warehouse and finished prouduct warehouse,supervise materrials keeper in accout opening,keeping and check up,inventory taking

5,Conduct new supplier development,establish supplier archives for future selection

6,Keep record of changes in qualit or quantity of raw materials and submit it to the president for decisition-making

7,Negotiate and make initial purchasing contract

8,Make outsourcing contract,contact outsourcing parter in time to guarantee accurate transmition of information

9,Verify storage documents,work out quantity of returned materials,supervise employees handing procedures for returning raw materials to suppliers,assist finance in account check up with suppliers

10,Other tasks assigned by the leadership

Requirements:

1,Be able to operate the ERP system

2,Bachelor'sdegree or above,more than 5 years related experience and purchasing management experience

3,Strong coordination and organizational management skills,details and results oriented

4,Familiar with process flows of related product,know the fundamentals of production management

5,Love the work:have a strong sense of responsibility and dedication

6,Personal integrity with loyalty to the company

7,Principled,attentive to work,hardworking

8,Strong MS OFFICE skills,fluency in both English and Chinese
