职位描述
Responsibilities 工作职责:
1. Be window of internal customers (Demag worldwide and Weihua) and company for related issues of product
2. Coordination of internal & external resource, as well as marketing intelligence gathering from the Chinese market and Draft business development plan.
3. Investigate the new market demand, concept, and business cases for new product development.
4. Budget short term (1 year) & long term (5 years) sales plan together with the corresponding sales managers.
5. Pricing and develop price promotion policy development
6. Support sales team selling by developing sales tools, etc.
7. Deliver product training to the sales engineer, dealers as well as customers if any
8. Market intelligence, including collecting and analysing information about competitors, customers, as well as new market trend.
9. Coordinate the internal and external resource to achieve an optimised combination of quality, cost & delivery regarding to KBK products
10. Prepare the monthly reports regarding to YTD status and sales forecast.
11. Coordination of reporting from problem/customer complaint solving information to feed into further development of existing products and/or improve of internal processes.
12. Coordination, approval and distribution of product documentation.

8. 收集情报,包括收集和分析竞争者,客户和新市场趋势的信息
9. 整理内部和外部资源来达到综合质量,成本及交货期最优化。
10. 准备每个月的YTD情况的报告和销售的预测
11. 协作解决客户投诉的问题,并将这些问题融合到现有产品和内部流程的改善
12. 协调,批准和发行产品文件
Requirements 工作要求:
1. Education: Graduated from University - degree or above in a mechanical or electric background.
2. Language: Having a written and spoken command of the English language.
3. Several years of working experience in international companies and in marketing & sales of industrial capital goods.
4. Experienced with product management and knowledge of the materials handling products.
5. Communication: Excellent communication in a variety of environments (including written, formal and informal meetings, executive presentations, etc) and with a variety of technical and marketing audiences.
6. Ability of leadership and being an active team player, strategic thinking.

公司专业生产工业起重机部件及其零件和相关修配备件的研发、生产、组装和销售,以及提供售后服务。公司总部位于中国辽宁省开原市开原工业园区内,同时在上海设有分公司,负责研发、生产、销售和售后服务等业务。
