Job Description:

Sourcing and develop of new business opportunity / potential customers (direct sales)
located in Yangtze Delta

Sourcing and develop of new business opportunity / potential distributors located nationalwide
in China

Preparation of customer visits reports and maintains a timely and reliable record of all
account activities

Prepares reports to Sales Manager Asia on sales activity and forecasting monthly sales
Planning sales revenues / volumes and earnings targets based on customer analysis

Close cooperation with our internal sales team in Shanghai

Collect sales and marketing information timely and report to Sales Manager Asia

Job Requirements:

At least 2-3 years’ sales experience in MRO/Tools/Hardware supply field

Product knowledge especially in the areas: hand tools, power tools, safety equipment,
factory equipment, etc.

Working experience in German companies is preferred

Highly interested in sales activities with a high grade of flexibility and used to work under
pressure

Customer request driven and target orientated, be able to work independently

Hard work, honest, active, open-minded and be able to demonstrate excellent
communication and interpersonal skills with both customers/partners and internal
colleagues in Shanghai and Germany

Native Chinese with excellent spoken & written English.

Good team player with high sense of responsibility

Very good computer skills and experience working with an ERP system

Willing to travel and able to travel independently, be used for overtime

Driving license (must)
