Job Description:

Sourcing and develop of new business opportunity / potential customers (direct sales) located in Yangtze Delta

l Sourcing and develop of new business opportunity / potential distributors located national-wide in China

l Preparation of customer visits reports and maintains a timely and reliable record of all account activities

l Develop sales strategy based on defined sales turnover plan

l Prepares monthly reports to General Manager Asia on sales activity and forecasting monthly sales

l Planning sales revenues / volumes and earnings targets based on customer analysis

l Preparation of monthly forecasts and medium term targets for planning purposes

l Close cooperation with our internal sales teams both in Shanghai and Germany

l Collect sales and marketing information timely and report to General Manger Asia

Job Requirements:

l University graduate in Machinery/Automation/Material/ is preferred

l At least 5-10 years’ sales experience in MRO supply field

l Very familiar with hand tools / factory & warehouse equipment, ect

l Working experience in German companies is preferred

l Highly interested in sales activities with a high grade of flexibility and used to work under pressure

l Customer request drived and target orientated, be able to work independently

l Hard work, honest, active, open-minded and be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills with both customers/partners and internal colleagues in Shanghai and Germany

l Native Chinese with excellent spoken & written English. German language is highly appreciated and will be a big advantage

l Good team player with high sense of responsibility

l Very good computer skills and experience working with an ERP system

l Willing to travel and able to travel independently, be used for overtime

l Driving license (must)
