Senior.Merchandiser job-profile:

1. Get update cps report from suppliers every Friday (Call by phone 2-3 time in a day if supplier is not on time)
Check cps (go through) and ask supplier again if any update needed till Monday.
Sending cps to Head office Buyers, get feedback and get back to supplier again etc...

2.Arranging QC inspection schedule every week.Need to get inspection application before Friday from mills and need to arrange qc inspection schedule and inform to QC'S.If you have any changes in the inspection schedule, need to update QC's and mills.

3.Asst China fabric sourcing manager to Co-ordinate with QC's&mills on quality and inspection issues.

4.Give approvals after delegation from buyers for lab dip/ Bulk shade bands where applicable

5.Liaise with H.O. personnel on all issues relating to approvals/ rejections which are affecting CPS planning/ production

6.Liaise with the CFSM all critical issues which arise.
7.Liaise with the fabric supply chain and give appraisals and feedback to the Mill merchandisers and management on areas where they can improve performance.

8.Effectively manage the FSC information and costing's for accounts department with the CPS team.

9.Liaise with Mills who are not complying with FSC information or payments, and bring this to the attention of the CFSM and CM for China.

10.Analyze the FSC figures on a quarterly basis for forward estimates on revenue.
