物流部助理 / Logistics Assistant

职位描述：

跟踪处理订单，确保配送的及时性，并对未果订单进行核对、反馈；
协助物流经理录入订单，制作单据；
打印，归档整理运输单据；
负责验收、清点每日配送订单，处理拒收、退换货等事务；
完成各类统计日、周、月报表；
协助主管盘点订单及货款；
完成经理交付的其他工作；

职位要求：
熟练操作电脑及office等办公软件，如word,excel,powerpoint等；
具有较强的管理能力，对工作认真负责；
1年以上物流行业相关工作经验；
大专及以上学历；

Job Description:

Track orders, ensure the timeliness of delivery; check the failed orders and give feedback;
Support Logistic manager input the order, prepare the shipping documents;
Answer the telephone, arrange the express post;
Check and accept daily orders, process the rejected, returned and replaced orders;
Accomplish daily ,weekly, monthly statistic reports;
Assist the executive to inventory orders and payment;
Complete other works assigned by the manager;

Job Requirements:
Proficiency in microsoft office word,excel,ppt etc;
Diligent and responsible;
At least 1 year relevant working experience in the logistics industry;
