负责来访客户的接待工作；

根据公司要求预定机票、火车票及酒店；

车辆调度及登记；

行政用品采购（包括会议食品、生日蛋糕及咖啡豆等）；

根据需求安排会议室的使用；

办公室环境维护；

职位要求：

大专及以上学历；

应届优秀毕业生，或一年以上前台或行政工作经验且有外企工作经验者优先考虑；

有良好的英语读说能力；可以用英语流利的接听电话和接待来访人员；

熟练运用办公软件，尤其是Excel以及Powerpoint；

较强的应变能力和工作责任心；

Job Description:

Responsible for answering phone calls, delivery of letters and curriers;

Receiving and greeting visitors in a professional way;

Flight, train tickets or hotel booking according to company’s regulations;

Car arrangement tracking and recording;

Purchase of admin supplies including meeting food, birthday cakes and coffee beans;

Meeting Room arrangement based on applications;

Maintenance of office environment;

Job Requirements:

College degree above;

one years’ above receptionist or administration experience, working experience in foreign companies would be a plus;

Good English speaking and writing skill, able to answer phone calls in English fluently;

Familiar with MS Office, in particular with Excel & Powerpoint;

Strong sense of responsibility, great communication and coordination skill;
