Major Responsibility

Ongoing Responsibility
- Performs programming according to the project/application requirements
- Provides problem solving assistance in manufacturing system or technical areas
- Translates field issues into programming-related language and find a solution
- Follows established procedures and standards when providing service
- Monitors service levels and take the initiative to look for ways to improve service efficiency and effectiveness
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

Project Tasks:
- See project/ application development tasks assigned by IT application leader.
- Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Performance Evaluation Criteria
- Work is reviewed for soundness of technical judgment and overall adequacy and accuracy.
- Internal customer satisfaction.
- Complete the task assigned in a timely manner with good quality.
- Follow established procedures and standards when providing service.
- Use standard principles, theories, concepts and techniques.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science or equivalent.
- 2~3 years' experience in relevant positions.
- Experienced in manufacturing support system.
- Experienced in multi-national manufacturing environment is preferred.

Required Competency (Skills, Knowledge and Abilities)
- Familiar with .NET programming.
- Strong and continuous learning capability and adaptability.
- Familiar with SQL and database programming.
- Good communication skill.
- Good team work.
