Responsibilities:

Sell advertising to qualified brands in China;

Research and identify qualified leads segment assignment with support of our internal research people;

Identify, track and qualify potential customers;

Understand and communicate to advertisers the benefits of Thoughtful's advertising program;

Be an expert and everyday user of on weibo;

Collaborate with the Thoughtful sales and business development teams to take advantage of online marketing opportunities;

Stay up to date on social media trends and developments.

Requirements:

Fluency in Mandarin and English, writing, reading and speaking;

Experience in opening and closing product sales;

Solid understanding of the media and/or advertising industry, preferably in online advertising, social media and brand strategy;

Strong customer relationships that help the company maintain a presence in the advertising marketplace;

Strong sales skills that will allow you to develop sales relationships;

Willingness to work in a cross-function, cross-cultural team;

Be a team player；

3+ years sales experience;

3+ years working with brand and advertising sales.

成为天天使用微博的专家；

任职要求：

中英文口写作、阅读及口语熟练；

对于如何开展结束产品销售有经验；

对媒体和/或广告行业有深刻理解，有线上广告、社交媒体及品牌战略的经验为佳；

拥有大量客户关系，帮助公司在广告业保持活跃；

强大的销售技能，帮助拓展销售关系；

愿在跨部门、跨文化的团队中工作；

富有团队精神；

3年以上销售经验；

3年以上在品牌及广告销售的工作经验。
