Detail Principal Activities Performed by the Incumbent该职位主要职责

1. Supports the development of MT strategies, executes national KA strategies and goals in accordance with provincial sales objectives and monthly monitors its progress and important effective remedial actions for any significant deviation from the planned targets.

2. Work with account team and category team to present accounts to secure support for identified business building opportunities. Lead and conduct persuasive and influential presentations to achieve a positive impact on distribution and merchandising decisions in assigned accounts.

3. Implement key account development strategies and in-store presence programs for the Modern Trade, achieving the agreed FEM, Main Shelf, Multi-location display and merchandising targets in both quantity and quality terms, establishing and reinforcing core competence in the Modern Trade.

4. Conducts regular business analyses to determine the status of accounts, identify potential problems and ensure aligned KPI delivering.

5. Deliver with execution excellence in the field for all Headquarter planned sales and marketing programs in defined customers.

6. Lead the tracking of category dynamics and competition intelligence to align OLDP strategies and transfer implementation best practice to ensure leadership in Modern Trade.

7. Identify the areas in controlling and improving trading expenses and M&P expenses and recommend programs that deliver effective management of trading, selling and M&P expenses in modern trade.

8. In conjunction with the trade marketing and marketing functions, help implement relevant strategies, advertising, promotion and merchandising activities in relation to the key accounts sector.

9. Furnishes and participates most important accounts contract negotiation.

10. Take on ad hoc projects as and when required


Incumbent Requirements 该职位具体要求

1. effective communication skills( good English and good Mandarin- written and spoken);

2. has field experience min. 5 years sales experience in FMCG products, with solid 2 years experiences in Local customers management level or regional Key account management level;

3. expert in managing complexity, strong human relations, strong analytical and presentation;

4. has a winning and responsible attitude to set high standards and be proactive in making things happen.

5. university education.

Job Mission

Cooperate with Account manager team, regional sales staff, trade marketing team and other functional departments, and lead key account front line sales to develop and execute modern trade core competency through penetrating key account professional management modules and execution for excellence to achieve Wrigley’s winning position in engaged categories.


Objective

1. Work line of one with sales HQ and regional sales staff to achieve agreed sales, distribution, in-store presence, freshness and collection targets;

2. Develop professional regional key account sales team to achieve and sustain benign business relationship with strategic regional and national retailer partners.

3. Cooperate with each province and city to enforce key account management modules, focus, priorities, problem solving, and attain execution for excellence.


Measurement

1. Volume growth in national KA and regional KA;

2. SOM in Modern Trade within region;

3. Trade expense in Modern Trade within region ;

4. GMP implementation within region
