职位描述
Title: Production Process Engineer
Job Description:
1: Design the production process, layout and build the equipment and fixtures for new product. Set up the working instructions for the new product.
2: Do the new product production feasibility study and PFMEA.
3: Try run for the production of the new product and give modification suggestion and request to the R&D.
4: Existing production process and working instruction maintenance and modification to improve the productivity and quality.
5: Training the workers.
6: Equipments, toolings and fixtures maintenance.
7: Factory 5S monitor and improvement.
Requirement:
1. Major in Mechanical or Engineer related, Bachelor Degree, more than 5+ years working experience, household appliance area is preferred;
2. Be familiar with production process, manual assembly and auto assembly process and assembly line and layout design;
3.Have strong ability to find the problem, resolve the problem and prevent the problem happened again;
4.Be familiar with ISO9001;
5.Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese;
6.Be capable of using Microsoft office software (Excel, Word, etc.);
7,Good communication and Good teamwork spirit is must
