职位描述
Position：Purchasing Manager
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the management and control of local purchasing team, ensure safe and efficient materials procurement operation to support production and other internal department.
- Support R&D team to source suitable and high quality suppliers for various projects.
- Integrating corporate strategic goals to set purchasing target, identifies annual cost saving target and leads the implementation.
- Purchasing procedure control, management and improvement
- Lead purchasing team to achieve supplier development and project procurement.
- Identify assess and develop local suppliers with incoming and R&D department for group products.
- Act as a team leader to manage supplier relationships to achieve continuous improvements.
- Manage suppliers' quality, deliveries & prices to optimize value.
- Lead or participate in negotiation process for the relevant products. Make recommendations in supplier selection, development. Recognize and analyze business and legal risks of supply alternatives/sourcing.
- Effectively communicate project requests and expectations with related departments and suppliers in a timely and clear fashion.
Requirements:
- Above 8 years of sourcing and purchasing experience and at least 3 years in management position, manufacturing purchasing experience required.
- Bachelor Degree or above, engineering or related background preferred
- Good knowledge and experiences in procurement process and workflow control
- Knowledge of various manufacturing and assembly processes
- Excellent leading ability and team spirit, outstanding analysis and problem-solving capabilities.
- Good communication and negotiation tactics skill.
- Proficiency in both written and oral English
- Willing to Travel.
