要求 Requirements

1. 熟悉MS Office软件和仓库管理系统；

Good knowledge of MS office and Warehouse Management System;

2. 良好的英语听说读写；

Good command Both Oral and written English skill;

3. 熟悉TS16949及ISO18000体系；

Familiar with TS16949 and ISO18000 System;

4. 良好的解决问题、人际交往及领导能力。

Good problem solving, interpersonal skills and leadership qualities.

岗位职责 Job Responsibility

1. 领导仓库团队对工厂运作的支持；

Lead the warehouse team to support factory operations;

2. 整个仓库日常操作管理；

Manage the whole routine of warehouse operations;

3. 保证库存的精准性，即系统库存与实际库存相一致；

Ensure the stock accuracy & data consistency between physical inventory stock and the ones in the system.

4. 建立和维护一个良好的团队环境，并激励团队，发展团队成员；

Establish and maintain a good teamwork environment & motivate the team member and set up personal development schedule;

5. 拥有良好的技能，知识和态度去有效地贡献生产和利益的最大化；

Have the relevant skills, knowledge and attitude to contribute effectively to maximize productivity and profit;

6. BPR的实施。
