JOB SUMMARY

职位描述

Responsible for the execution of laboratory based testing as the core assignments with some exposure to vehicle testing.

In this position you work from instructions and / or directions from Testing Supervisor, Lead Technician, Engineering Staff, or General Manager. Work is reviewed for technical adequacy and for conformity with instructions. Must be able to perform recurring work (standard tests) and use equipment with initial instructions only. Basic trouble shooting skills are required with the ability to identify malfunctions. The Test Technician shall report directly to the Testing Supervisor.

本职位主要在实验室进行测试的基本工作，根据操作指导书或测试主管、工程师及总经理的指示进行操作。此岗位的操作必须与指导书相符，必须执行标准测试并根据指导书使用设备，需具备基本的识别故障和解决问题的能力。此职位向测试主管汇报。

Perform initial checkout and startup of equipment

Perform functional checkout and specification verification of equipment

完成设备的功能检查及规格验证

All mechanical functions of test setup

测试调试中所有机械方面的工作

Inspection of test parts and wear input

检查测试部件

Setup of fixtures, inertia, and equipment

安装夹具、惯性测试及设备

Monitoring testing for correct control / performance

监视检测过程以确保准确无误的控制

Housekeeping in immediate work area

工作区域的清扫工作

Assist Testing Supervisor as directed

协助测试主管

Perform corrective and preventative maintenance on equipment

进行正确及时的设备维护

Accurately complete required documentation in a timely manor

及时准确地完成所需文件

Be professional in appearance and work space cleanliness

保持良好的职业形象，保持工作环境整洁

Work safely and use all available safety equipment

Requirements:

High school graduate

大专或高职

Stated motivation and desire to learn

做事积极主动，有强烈的学习欲望

Capability to perform routine laboratory or dynamometer functions

Ability to follow written instructions

Mechanical Aptitude
