Responsibilities:
Execute business development strategy for selective solutions to reach business targets.
Create key accounts through client relationships and networking opportunities.
Generate solutions to satisfy client needs through forming and working with a consulting team
Ensure pricing and profitability of services to clients.
Exceed client expectations in service excellence.
Continuously learn and develop in consultant capabilities, product knowledge, and teamwork
Lead selective marketing initiatives
Standards:
- College degree required. Background in consulting or knowledge of Business/People Development is a must
- Self-Motivated with the commitment and drive to achieve business goal;
- Works well under pressure in time sensitive situations and handling multiple projects
- Attention to detail and professional rigor in service delivery to clients
- Ability to well in leading project teams and build long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Proficiency with PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Fluency in English and Chinese Mandarin
